We have two Brokers in house to help answer questions whenever you need them. There’s no problem we can’t solve.
We believe you should always have someone on your side. DeSelms Agents have direct access to the principal broker. This is something that gives you the upper hand on any transaction, no matter how difficult because you know you have someone on your side.

We believe in teamwork. We are all on the same team. We have healthy competition but we also share our best practices. From building a business plan to sharing how to handle difficult experiences. Team up with other agents to maximize reach at a community event.

Culture

We are a family. We place a high emphasis on education and continuing to “better your best”. We believe that your success in real estate is directly tied to who you connect yourself with. So we spend lots of time ensuring a healthy office culture that fosters growth and community. We have weekly opportunities to grow and educate yourself. For instance, each Monday we start the week off right with our Monday Mashup. It’s about connection and education. Later in the week, we have a Book Club where we read a book that challenges us to grow as a group.

We also believe you will be most successful when you devote a “full-time” approach to your real estate career. We will walk with you every step of the way to navigate your journey, even if it’s 10 years down the road and hundreds of transactions later.

Training

Getting your license isn’t enough to be a successful Realtor, and just because you’ve been in the business for a while doesn’t mean there isn’t more to learn. We are passionate about continuously learning and growing in our businesses, and want to help you do the same.


1. Boot Camp

We empower you with our in-house exhaustive Buyer and Seller Boot Camp. This is a step-by-step training of everything you need to know about finding, retaining and working with buyers and sellers.

2. Training

Weekly training on current market trends, industry updates, how to build your business, marketing strategies, hear from other industry leaders, and more.
 

3. Book Club 

We choose books monthly to read because good books challenge, they inspire, and they make us better Realtors and leaders.
